Xennics – signal provider

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the subscription to Xennics trading signals and the use of the SignalAgent software to transmit and automatically execute (auto-trade) signals in MetaTrader 5 (MT5).

2. Service

Xennics provides subscription-based trading signals that can be delivered to MT5 via SignalAgent. Xennics does not guarantee any profit, result, or specific performance.

3. No investment advice / Risk

The signals are not investment advice and not a personal recommendation. Trading (especially forex/CFDs/derivatives) involves substantial risk and may result in a total loss. The customer trades at their own risk.

4. Customer responsibilities (Auto-trade)

The customer is responsible for:

  • an MT5/broker account, internet/VPS, and correct installation and configuration,
  • risk settings (position sizing, leverage, stops, etc.),
  • testing before live use (e.g., demo).

The customer must ensure that auto-trading is permitted in their country and under their broker’s terms.

5. Third parties

MT5, brokers, internet/VPS providers and Stripe are third parties. Xennics is not liable for their outages or execution differences (e.g., slippage, spreads, requotes, latency).

6. Subscription, payment, cancellation

  • Subscription: monthly, billed in advance, currency EUR.
  • Payments: processed via Stripe.
  • Cancellation: possible at any time, either via Xennics (account/cancel function) or via Stripe (Customer Portal, if available).
  • Effect of cancellation: cancellation stops auto-renewal; access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.

7. No refunds

No refunds, including for non-use, misconfiguration, market losses, or third-party issues. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

8. License / No redistribution

SignalAgent and the signals may only be used during an active subscription. Redistribution/resale, circumvention of protective measures, and reverse engineering are prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Support

Support is provided via Email and WhatsApp on a best-effort basis. No individual trading advice.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xennics is only liable for intent or gross negligence. No liability for trading losses, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, or third-party outages/execution differences.

11. Suspension / termination for cause

Xennics may suspend access or terminate immediately in case of misuse, T&C violations, payment failures, or legal requirements. No refunds.

12. Privacy

Xennics processes personal data for contract performance/support/payment (Stripe) under applicable privacy laws. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

Xennics may update these Terms for legal/technical reasons. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
